Carlene Schrank, Director
Carlene is the Founder of E.E.O. Her vision and goal for each student’s education is to see them through to their long term goals. She brings over 25 years’ experience in business building and fund raising. Carlene has developed several large organizations as an entrepreneur and went on to be a corporate trainer and Leadership Developer for many different direct selling companies.

Brett Hendrickson, Project Manager
Brett is the youngest member of our team and yet plays the most vital role. He has developed our website, planned fund raising events and created all our communications. Already performing at the top of his class, Brett’s involvement with E.E.O. - learning to build a business from the ground floor, is just one more notch under his belt preparing him to be accepted in the best colleges, as well as building his entrepreneurial spirit. His mission trips to Haiti as well as Mexico have given Brett insight on what it’s like for kids living in poverty and their desire for education. This has taught him the spirit of giving back to others.
Myrna Etheridge, Liaison African Connections
Myrna has over forty-four years as a liaison with African and International Christian leaders. She has facilitated ministry within many nations and has lived outside the United States of America for six years during over fifty-five years of ministry touching thirty-two nations. She is known for her Bible teaching, ministering (including Christian TV) and as author of seventeen books published internationally. She is President of G&M Etheridge Ministries, Inc. and widow of Dr. Grady Etheridge, ministry co-founder and Dr. Myrna’s mentor for thirty of his sixty-nine years of ministry. Jon Corippo, Advisor Educational Programs
Jon Corippo graduated from CA State University, Fresno with a major in Journalism/Advertising in 1988 and has been an Educator ever since. He has multiple credentials (CLAD), English Single Subject, and Preliminary Administrator’s Credential. John also has numerous awards including Madera County Teacher of the Year, a “Best of CUE” presenter, an Apple Distinguished Educator, a Google Certified Teacher and You Tube Star Teacher. In 2008, Jon accepted a position with Chawanakee Unified as Instructional Technology Coordinator, specifically to develop a 21st Century Style high school focused on technology and careers.

Dr. Dianne Collard, Advisor Intercultural Training
Dianne has over twenty-six years experience as an intercultural trainer and has prepared hundreds of people to live and work in cross-cultural settings. She has lived in three European countries. She is an internationally published author and speaker and is currently the Europe Director for Artists in Christian Testimony International. Pastor Dale and Jeanette Scott, Pastoral Care and Prayer partners
Pastor Dale M. Scott has over 50 years in ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling. He and wife, Jeanette, are presently serving with Yosemite Lakes Community Church. Their ministry is highly valued in the church and community as they minister to the sick and elderly. Dale earned his BA and MA degrees from the U.S. Naval Air College, and is a Veteran of WWII. His background also includes elementary school teaching and receiving credentials to be a principle. Pastor Dale and Jeanette now bring their lifetime of knowledge and experience to minister to the young people and staff of E.E.O.
Jeanette Scott’s maiden name is Etheridge. It is her brother, Grady, as well as her other two brothers, Carl and Willard, that spent their lifetime in mission work. Jeanette is also Carlene’s mother. We dedicate this ministry to the Etheridge name as we carry on the tradition of serving others.
